Much of the information provided in the FAQs can also be viewed in the Information Brochure from the Education and Residency Committee (ERC) and/or in the ECVO Constitution & Bylaws, which are both on the ECVO website. The purpose of these FAQs is to highlight important information rather to provide all detail.

The applicant is responsible for ensuring that all documents are received by the stipulated deadlines (where deadlines are applied). If applicants have not received confirmation of receipt of documents sent by email from ECVO within 14 days, it is their responsibility to contact the relevant committee Chair and/or the Secretary to ensure that their documentation has been received. Applicants should keep a copy of all email correspondence, including attachments, in the ‘Sent Items’ of their email account in case later verification is required.
